Business Update 1/3/23

As a direct-to-consumer coffee business, it is always our goal to provide our customers with high-quality, delicious coffee at a price that is both fair and affordable. Unfortunately, there are a number of factors that have forced us to make the difficult decision to increase our prices.

One of the primary reasons for the price increase is the rising cost of coffee beans. The price of coffee beans can fluctuate significantly due to a variety of factors, including weather conditions, crop yields, and demand. In recent years, we have seen a marked increase in the price of coffee beans, which has had a direct impact on our costs.

In addition to the rising cost of coffee beans, there are also other factors that have contributed to the need for a price increase. These include increased shipping and transportation costs, as well as the rising cost of labor. As a small business, it is important for us to pay our employees a fair wage, and the increasing cost of labor has had an impact on our bottom line.

Finally, we have also made a number of investments in our business in order to improve the quality and sustainability of our coffee. These investments, while necessary, have also contributed to the need for a price increase.

We understand that a price increase is never welcome news, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we hope that our customers will understand that these price increases are necessary in order for us to continue providing the high-quality coffee that they have come to know and love. We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible coffee experience, and we appreciate their continued support.
